No matter your background, your physical prowess, having been an athlete or never taken an interest in movement or fitness before, we all have a warrior that resides within.
That warrior may just be under the surface, ready to emerge with tenacity. It may be buried deep in a peaceful slumber, waiting for ignition. Your warrior may be a peaceful warrior moving to the rhythm of love, or perhaps she has a fire deep within that can move mountains. Whatever your warrior looks like, they are there, waiting. Waiting for you to open the gates and let them free.
My job is to help guide you in the awakening. Through mindful movement that asks you to go within whilst physically challenging you, you will awaken and engage your inner warrior.
What emerges is a pure form of you that is mentally and physically more confident. This is achieved through yoga, breath, strength and conditioning and most importantly...community.
